Look for the new one later.The following schedule was adhered to strictly in order for these events to work. Classes will begin and end promptly as scheduled. At the signal for rotation, all classes will rotate immediately to their next station.
Schedule of Events
8:00 – 9:30 am Registration 9:30 am Opening – Flag Ceremony 9:35 – 9:50 am Announcements/Instructions 10:00 am – 12:00 pm First Track of Classes 12:00 – 1:00 pm Lunch (Bring your own) 1:00 – 5:00 pm Second and Third Track of Classes with 10 minute break between classes
5:00 pm Closing / Retreat of Colors 5:00 – 5:30 pm Setup Camp (Outdoorsman Req. 2, 3) 5:30 – 6:30 pm Dinner Prep and Cooking (Outdoorsman Req. 6)
(Bring your own)7:00 – 9:00 pm Campfire (Outdoorsman Req. 5) 9:30 pm Scout Leaders Cracker Barrel (Leaders Only) 10:00 pm Taps (Lights Out) 7:00 am Reveille 8:00 am Break Camp (Everyone polices the campground) 9:00 am Campsite is Clear Scouts and Webelos may leave earlier to attend their own church services. As a rule, Scouts would have a “Scout’s Own” church service on Sunday mornings before breaking camp.
