The following is a list of frequently asked questions about the Webeloree

How much is the Webeloree?
$10.00 per person - for everyone - even me! (Scouts, Webelos, Webelo and Boy Scout Leaders) The money goes towards the patch, the port-a-john rental, bush-hogging fees, first aid supplies, etc..
What days do the Webelos attend?
Saturday, October 25th, all day and for those taking the Outdoorsman activity pin, you may be spending the night.
Tell me about the camping
Those Webelos that are camping MUST have a parent with each Webelo. This is the rules of BSA. Bring your own camping gear. Refer to your handbooks for what to bring on a campout. Parents are responsible for their own Webelos Scout. A campsite will be designated for Webelos campers. The campsites in the Webelos area will be first come/first serve.
What about the Boy Scouts camping?
Scouts needing to set up their acitivy area and Troop area on Friday night will be able to camp out if you wish. The site choices are first come/first serve.
What about food?

Every unit is responsible for their own food. Webelos, eat breakfast before you come Saturday. Bring a sack lunch or you may purchase lunch onsite. Troop 464 will be have lunch available for purchase which includes:

Hamburger or hotdog, cold drink, chips, cookie - $5.00
Ice cream sandwich - $1.00
(All items are available ala carte at slightly higher prices)
Afternoon snacks will also be available.
Breakfast for those camping out will be available as well.
Sausage biscuit and drink - $3.00
Sweet roll and drink - $2.50

If you're NOT camping, you'll be done before dinner. If you ARE camping, bring the meals you plan to cook for your Outdoorsman requirement. There will be fire rings to cook at. You may also bring your own camp stove to cook your breakfast on Sunday.

How do I register for this event?
Prior to October 15th, you can have registered on-line. To register now, you must directly contat the Troop teaching the class you wish to attend and then have the Troop contact Will Grasse to let him know of the late registrations.
What if our family wants to attend?
Families of the Webelos may attend, but they can not take part in the Activity Pin classes. For those who bring little brothers and sisters, there is a playground on site. However, if a child is in the playground, they must have a parent present with them while in the playground.
Can our family eat with us?
Absolutely. Everyone still brings your own food. It's a beautiful site for a family picnic.

What do we bring to each class?
The Boy Scout Troop that is teaching each class will provide all the material necessary for the Webelos to achieve their requirements.
Who is paying for supplies for these classes?
The Troops are responsible for the material necessary to conduct their class. We are all considering this an investment in the future of our Troops and it is a great recruiting opportunity as well as an opportunity for us to show off our Scout instructors.
